If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 20 days from the date you purchased it.
Any tea product you return, the package must be unopened in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. For non-food products, it must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Shipping cost for returning the products will be payed by customer.
Step by step return guide:
- Please inform us about your return within 20 days of your purchase by replying to the purchase confirmation email from us or by writing to info@teatimeforyou.ch.
- Once we confirm by email, please send the products per post with your own cost.
- Once the product is received, you will receive the refund or exchange product within 10 days
